Creole music festivals and typical in public squares and parks celebrated the eve of Independence Day in Peru. On July 28 takes place the ceremony of the Te Deum in the cathedral and started the military parade in downtown Lima. In several cities across the country are organized fairs and livestock farming. Yawar Fiesta (Cusco)

This celebration is held on 28 and July 29 of each year. This bull run is a ritual is performed by attaching a condor to the back of a bull and the villagers were released the ring giving capotazos.
