It is held every year since 1950 in the month of September in the city of Trujillo, known as the "capital of Spring" The villagers are preparing for this holiday, adorn the streets and houses. During the Festival is the Spring Corzo, in which comparsas, bands of musicians, and floats decorated in a multicolor.
